Hotel "Russia" is the one of the
world's largest hotels, registered in the "Guinness Book of Records".
The hotel, built in 1973, is located in the very center of the
city, on the bank of Moskva River, a few minutes walk from the Red Square, the Bolshoi
Theatre, the Kremlin, the St. Basil Cathedral and other historical places, surrounded by
an array of architectural monuments of XV-XVII centuries.
It seems to be the most central located hotel in Moscow. The view
of the city from the windows of the Hotel is marvelous. |
The hotel has 21 floors, 3200 rooms.
The rooms have: useful furniture, color TV, fire safety system,
international direct dialing telephone, bathroom.
In the hotel you will find restaurants of Russian, European, Italian,
German, cuisine, one of the best Japanese restaurants "Tokyo", night disco bar,
night club "Manhattan Express".
In the hotel there are concert hall, shops, currency exchange office, post office,
business center (fax, telex, conference hall, etc.), conference hall, fitness club,
swimming pool, sauna, hairdresser's, dry cleaning and laundry, left luggage room.
