This page displays an up-to-date listing of changes in our
services, tours. prices and to our web site. We'll also place notices here regarding service updates
or problems and solutions that may affect all clients. When problems reported by our
clients are solved, we'll place a notice here. |

 | - Some information about
2003 season is published.
We are planning to make general design changes
throughout the web site soon and also some information will be
edited and changed. Regular tour dates and prices will stay same but
pages layout and logical construct will be changed. There will also
be some changes in our Lite Pack offer and Customized tours. By now
these changes are not set. |

| - Mineralnye Vody -
Terskol (and backwards) transfer by a minibus becomes US$ 90 instead
of US$ 80 because of rising price for petrol. |

| - Peak Lenin Tour is
finally announced and published |

| - Application forms for
2002 year are published instead of forms for 2001. Some
misprints are fixed.
- We do not offer
'Intourist' hotel anymore. It is closed for total
rebuilding. From now 'Rossia' hotel remains the only
reasonable cheap hotel in Moscow downtown. |
January 3rd, 2002.
| - New rules are
published on Elbrus Standard Tour
page. Now our clients have possibility to exclude some services from a
standard tour. This adds more flexibility to their journey.
- Peak (mt) Lenin (7134 m)
expedition will be run in late August - September. Exact dates and prices
will be available on this site soon. |

tours page. Some hotel prices were changed on the additional Services

| - Since today an airticket Moscow - Mineral Vody -
Moscow costs $140.
Rossia hotel become overbooked on some dates and we added 'Intourist'
3 star hotel as a regular hotel for Standard Tours. 'Intourist'
hotel has also perfect location (3 minutes from the Red Square)
and reasonable good service. |

| - Now we are printing maps of Elbrus
region. We developed
these maps according to our idea how it must look like. These maps
will be given to our clients and be available for sale at the Azau
mountain lodge. |

| - All tours Dates and prices are
set and texts are published. We will add some (many) pages and photos
but main pages (dates, prices, itineraries, what's included, conditions)
will be permanent. Any updating is a way to make many mistakes both logical
and grammar, if you find any, please do not hesitate to let us know. |

| - 11-day and 15-day tours dates and prices are
set, but text changes are in a process. Also some pages will be added to describe the
itineraries more precisely. |

| - Finally here is the new 2001
year edition. Full texts are not available yet, but scheduled
tours dates are set. See the "Elbrus
Tours" page for more information.
- We have added more 11-day standard tours, now we have 12 periods starting
from June 3rd.
- Also three 15-day standard scheduled tour periods are available.
- Very new standard itinerary, we have two scheduled tours - in April and
May for those people who want to try some days fresh snow (far from ordinary
routes) skiing from Mt. Elbrus along with climbing itself.
- Budget tours and Fellow tours are not available this season but there will
be more options for independent climbers (texts are not ready yet). New
possibilities (we believe) will more than compensate the absence of these
tours. |

| -We are here again after long diving vacations in Sharm-El-Sheikh
(Red Sea, Egypt). Within this week we will make final decision about our next
year programs and place announcements on this site. Also we are planning to
make some changes in our site design. |

| - We have made a decision about scheduled tour in September. One more
scheduled period #9 from September 6 to September 17 is now available. It is
one day more (as the chances of bad weather increases) but price is still
same: US$ 650 land cost + US$ 120 air ticket. |

| - There are summer changes in air tickets
costs. Most popular and
trustworthy flights is US$130 now. Less popular starts from US$90. |

| Web site - prices, tour itineraries, dates of tours, terms and conditions
- were updated for 2000 year. Now we have new kind of tours -
"Budget climb" that is twice cheaper then Standard climb.
Our 1999 year Caucasus programs are not finished yet. We still have private
Mt. Elbrus climbs in October and November. |

| Hotel Russia (Rossija) is now the Elbrus Tour hotel in Moscow instead of "CDT"
hotel that was pretty far from the city center. Russia hotel is placed just a few
meters from The Red Square and Kremlin and it's the most central hotel in
Moscow. Now
tourists have more opportunities to see Moscow. The land costs still same. |
