Reservation:
You have to mail deposit of US$ 100 per person and fax the complited Application Form. You will get US$ 70
discount from the land cost of the tour when you book six month or more before departure
date.
Final Payment:
Final payment must be done 30 days before arrival.
Visa:
When we got your deposit and Application Form we will send you an invitation
(confirmation of reservation). See Visa Page and FAQ Page to find out more about obtaining Russian visa.
Insurance:
We reccomend that you have trip cancellation insurance to protect yourself from
any financial lost if you forced to cancel your trip.
Cancelations, refund:
So, in case you feel visiting Koh Samui, this vacation, just access the internet and book your favourite Samui villas. A large number of websites will give you all the information regarding the Koh Samui villas, together with their pictures.

We do not cancel a tour if at least one person sign up.
If you cancel:
There will be no refund if member leave a trip for any reason either voluntarily
or involuntarily after the trip has begun. No refund will be made for any services not
utilized.
Land tour cost:Cancellation made not less than 20 days prior to departure date –
cancellation fee USD 100. Cancellation must be notified in writing (by fax). Cancellation
made less than 20 days (or No Show) - 50% of the Land cost will be charged.
Airfare:In any case “Pilgrim Tours” shall refund customer 100% of the airfare
minus all the cancellation fees retained by Air Company.
Bank charges: You must pay transfer fees.
