"Arrival to Moscow from abroad" day.

At the airport: Our representative will meet you at the airport arrival hall, after customs. Go through a crowd of people that occupy the spot near the door. Look for a person with a sign "Pilgrim Tours". If you can not see this sign immediately - just stay in the hall (nearby the door, but not in the crowd) looking for "Pilgrim Tours" sign. Our representative may meet some flights simultaneously (because of flight delays etc) and two existing gates are 100 meters one from another, so do not worry, stay in the hall looking for "Pilgrim Tours" sign. Our representative (a driver) will take you to your hotel. Generally his English is very limited.

At the hotel: Go to the reception desk and tell them your family name and say that you have a reservation. Generally we make reservations through "Reisen-Welt" hotel company, this may help if a receptionist can not find your reservation immediately. You will be suggested to leave your passport for registration (for some hours), let them do this, no need of passport when you walk around the hotel, just tell them that you need it back as soon as possible as you are leaving early in the morning.
There are exchange office, restaurants, cafes at the hotel. Also there are number ofair cafes nearby.

Our representative will call you to your room. Also you can contact our English speaking contact person by phone from the airport or from the hotel(the phone number will be send to you before arrival)

Do not forget to provide your exact flight details beforehand (time of arrival, flight number - we need ALL the information in case of possible flight delays etc).

Some tips:
When you really going to go to sleep, turn off (unplug) your room refrigerator and phone (in case you do not order a wake up call). Sometimes refrigerator seems to be very noisy and a number of girls will call you offering some pleasure business.
City of Moscow is safe enough for tourists, just take normal precautions against drunk young people and do not leave your gear unattended (it may be stolen or taken to police).
