We can adjust the itinerary according to your needs and the program may be clipped or
extended or you can determine your own itinerary. Generally
we can not give prices
for some services (guide, visa supports, Caucasus transfers and accommodation
etc) separately as we do not provide them separately.

page. As soon as we have the exact itinerary
or
we will price the tour.
On these tours you will have your own guide and transport. Also you can slightly adjust
your
itinerary in Moscow or in the Caucasus on the spot. |
| To prepare your itinerary, to advise, to make an offer we will ask you the
following questions: |

1. Your possible dates of arrival/departure to/from Russia.
2. City of arrival/departure (generally Moscow or St.Petersburg).
3. How many people in your group?
4. How many days are you going to stay in a city before and after
the Caucasus.
5. In what kind of a hotel are you going to stay in a city.
6. Do you need any sightseeing city tours or excursions?
7. What transfers in a city do you need? Generally people have at
least four:
"International Airport - Hotel" on the first day,
"Hotel - Local Airport" on the day of departure to the
Caucasus,
"Local Airport - Hotel" on the day of arrival from the
Caucasus,
"Hotel - International Airport" on the day of departure
from Russia.
8. How many days are you going to stay in the Caucasus?
9. Is climbing Mt. Elbrus (not hiking or skiing) your main goal in this
trip? If you
say "yes" it may take effect on your Caucasus itinerary.

The
process as a whole. Cancellation
and refund policy.
The process is as follows:
1. You answer our questions or send us your exact
itinerary.
2. We make an offer and a price by e-mail.
3. You confirm our offer and a price by e-mail.
4. You fax the completed Application
Form to our fax (Moscow, Russia) or (1 530)
430-2969 (USA). Every participant must sign separately.
5. We will send you a formal confirmation and an invoice
with our bank details by e-mail.
6. You mail a deposit of US$ 100 per person (it should be bank
transfer or Western Union
or MoneyGram
transfer, we do not accept checks or credit cards).
7. You send us an e-mail message with your details
for visa support.
a. Full name
b. Citizenship
c. Passport #
d. Date of passport expire
e. Fax number (to send you visa support)
8. We will send you visa support papers by fax.
9. You apply for a visa
in the Russian Consulate.
10. You send the rest of money to us. (if we do not receive
the money on our account at least 20 days before the beginning of
the tour we may cancel your participation.)
Cancellation and refund
policy
If you cancel:
Land tour cost: There will be no refund if a member leaves a trip for any reason either
voluntarily or involuntarily after the trip has begun. No refund will be made for any
services not utilized.
A cancellation made not less than 10 days prior to departure date
– cancellation fee is US$ 100. Pilgrim Tours must be notified in writing (by
fax). A
cancellation made less than 10 days (or No Show) - 50% of the Land cost will be
charged.
Airfare: Pilgrim Tours shall refund customer 100% of the airfare minus all the
cancellation fees retained by Airline.
Bank charges: You must pay the bank transfer fees. In case of
refund a return bank fee also will be deducted.
